This is a piece we have been playing for a long time, and is a really important part of our history together. If you know us and you've been to a show, you've probably heard this one - we're so incredibly proud of this recording. A Moment We Can’t Understand is classic Sprig: we ebb and flow, move through textures and layers, and create delicate moments of clarity and synchronicity.
This weekend, we're celebrating our release at Mile of Music in Appleton, WI. We'll be playing Friday, Aug 5th from 1:20 PM - 2:10 PM at at The 513, and Saturday, Aug 6th from 1:35 PM - 2:25 PM at McGuinness Irish Pub. Check out the full schedule here.
We're coming into Mile of Music fresh off of our stay at Avaloch Farms Music Institute, a residency program where we went to play, write, and make more things for you! We had an incredible time, and felt like we made the most of this incredible opportunity. We wrote a ton of music, picked blueberries, swam in a lake, and made some incredible new friends.
